What is Profhilo BODY?

Profhilo Body is an advanced treatment that delivers hyaluronic acid deep into the skin’s layers, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Upon injection beneath the skin, the product gradually releases HA, which attracts and retains water from the body, resulting in improved skin tone and hydration. For the treatment procedure, the BAP or bio-aesthetic points technique is employed, utilizing only 10 strategically chosen injection points. This approach minimizes the risk of bruising and swelling while ensuring optimal product diffusion and distribution.

Profhilo Body targets sagging skin in specific areas of the body, namely the abdomen and inner arms. While Profhilo Face focuses on skin in the face, neck, and décolletage, Profhilo body is tailored exclusively to address skin laxity concerns in these two body regions.

 

Profhilo Body utilises  3ml, while Profhilo used for the face uses a 2ml.

FAQ

A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment areas for 20 minutes prior to the injections to numb the skin. Once the area is fully numbed, the actual injection process takes around 10 minutes depending on the number of injection points. Our experienced doctor work quickly and gently to administer smoothly across the treatment areas.

There may be some minor and temporary bumps on the skin for about 12 hours.

Usually 1-2 weeks, you’ll be able to see the results.

With the completion of 3 sessions, most patients notice continuing improvements for up to 6 months. Some may experience the results up to 1 year.

Profhilo is composed of 100% pure hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally exists in the body, there are usually no side effects or allergic reactions associated with the treatment since it is highly biocompatible with human tissues. With no harsh chemicals and made up of a natural body substance, it has an excellent safety profile with negligible risks of side effects or adverse reactions.

Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, and activities that significantly raise core body temperature like saunas or steam rooms for the first 24 hours after receiving the injection. This helps minimize any potential swelling or irritation at the injection sites in the initial day as Profhilo is absorbed into the skin.

No clinical studies on pregnancy so we do not recommend undergoing the treatment during pregnancy. 

If give birth naturally, you may start after 1 month. If after C-Section, recommend to do it after 3 months.
